Fairmount Street, also known as Donahue Park, is a blossoming LP&CT property, lush with flower gardens, apple trees, and an open lawn. During the fall and winter months the park boasts an excellent view over Belvidere and downtown areas of Lowell. Solar-powered irrigation helps to keep this park green and growing.

This property serves as a valuable open space for the community to enjoy with its gardens, and shaded and sunny areas alike. It also offers excellent morning birding opportunities fit for the urban naturalist. Volunteers play a critical role in helping us care for and monitor our properties.
