Totman Street

View of Claypit Brook
The Totman Street Property sits just below the headwaters of Claypit Brook (above). The site is narrow at its main access point (shown below) and broadens greatly throughout its interior areas.

Raccoon tracks can be seen year-round along the banks of the brook, while Green Frogs will often squeak, as they leap to the safety of deeper water.

Claypit Brook, which flows southeast to the Merrimack River, serves as an important corridor for Lowell wildlife, such as beavers. This property supports various ecosystems including forest, meadow, and wetland.
