Join the UMass Lowell community on Thursday, October 19 from 4-6 p.m. for the wonderful opportunity to hear from leading climate change experts at the annual Climate Change Teach-In “Building Communities for Climate Action.”
Join students, faculty and community members for an for an engaging and informative afternoon with interactive simulations led by UMass Lowell faculty and students, Carl Spector, Commissioner of the Environment for the City of Boston, and Vanessa Rule, a leader of the climate action movement. Hear from Chancellor Moloney, UMass Lowell students and others about what the university is doing, and what you can do, to address one of the greatest challenges facing humanity today.
The event will be held in Cumnock Hall auditorium on North Campus.
Arrive early to register and for raffle prizes, view research posters and exhibits, enjoy light refreshments. Registration is required.
