2022 LP&CT Annual Meeting

Join us for a brief business meeting (9-9:30 am) followed by two optional programs: our annual long hike (new route!) – or – a special nature photography program at Hawk Valley Farm. Light breakfast refreshments provided.

Details about the two optional events that will follow the Annual Meeting

  • The hike (9:30 am-2 pm) will be 9 miles (round trip), exploring the connection of trails through two LP&CT properties, the Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsborough State Forest, and two farms in Dracut. The terrain will be a mixture of woods trails, some pavement, and walking through fields. Dress for the weather and wear hiking boots with ankle support. Please be sure to bring a lunch and water. A hiking stick may be helpful. We will send out a reminder with further information prior to the hike.

  • The nature photography program (9:30-11 am): Hosted by photographer Steven Nagle at Hawk Valley Farm. Bring a camera (or your smartphone) and learn a few tips for backyard bird photography.

Parking & Where to Meet: Please park at the Pawtucket Memorial School on West Meadow Road. Then walk down to Hawk Valley Farm at the end of Varnum Terrace.  There will be people ready to help you find your way. It’s a very short walk between the two locations.
