Join the Lowell Parks & Conservation Trust, along with musicians from Lowell Learns, for our first ever “Instrument Petting Zoo” at Hawk Valley Farm. Several types of instruments will be available to “pet” (practice playing), such as the ukulele and various percussion instruments.

There will also be a scavenger hunt to help you learn about the nature and history of this historic property.  This event is one of several scheduled throughout the week of October 10th – October 16th for the Lowell City of Learning Festival.

1 hour time slots will be available at 9 AM, 10 AM, and 11 AM on Saturday, October 16th.

12 participants maximum per hour.  Event will be held outside and is weather-dependent.  Hands will need to be sanitized before and after handling the instruments and we will adhere to social distancing.
