Writing the Land project’s virtual book launch of Writing the Land: Windblown II, an anthology featuring the work of poets writing about conserved lands for 11 land trusts across the country.

The Lowell Parks & Conservation Trust’s poets, Paul Marion, Sanary Phen, and Resi Polixa and 20 others will read at least one of their poems in recordings made mostly out on the lands themselves. These will be interspersed with short videos featuring the land trusts and the work they do.

Featured conservation land in Lowell includes Hawk Valley Farm, West Meadow Conservation Land, and Rollie’s Farm.

Join us to explore and promote the work of land conservation through the arts.
