Co-Founder, Past President, Board of Directors (1990-2015)

Stephen served as the Trust’s President for many of its formative years. He has been Chair of the Lowell Conservation Commission, Principal Planner for the MA Department of Environmental Management’s Lowell Heritage State Park, and planning director for the Lowell Department of Planning and Development. A native of Lowell, Stephen is currently a VP for Commercial at VEIR, a company that is developing a new generation of High Temperature Superconductor (HTS)-based transmission lines.
