Diane is the retired, former Assistant City Manager/Department of Planning and Development Director, City of Lowell. Diane received the Lowell Parks & Conservation Trust’s 2020 Jollene Dubner Conservation Award. This award, named in honor of a founder of LP&CT, honors those who honor the spirit, and commitment to conserving urban natural resources as championed by Jollene Dubner.
