Have you noticed?  Massachusetts has environmentally-themed license plates featuring the Right Whale Tail, Leaping Brook Trout, Blackstone Valley Mill, and the new – Striped Bass Conservation plate.

Sales of the specialty license plates, managed by the Massachusetts Environmental Trust (MET), have funded more than $20 million in grants to environmental organizations across MA.

Thanks to MET (and those who have purchased the license plates) LP&CT has been awarded a grant of $14,750 for its “Concord River Anadromous Fish Restoration Project.”

We were pleased to support MET at our Summer Solstice Soiree in June, including having just registered our own Eco-Mobile with the Leaping Brook Trout plate.

Thank you for your confidence in our work, MET!
